By using African Party, you agree to these terms.
Use of the game
- The game is provided for personal entertainment and party-game use.
- You are responsible for using the game appropriately for your group, location, age range, and event.
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it aggressively, or attempt to bypass security or browser protections.
Age-sensitive categories
Some editions may include NSFW or adult-humor categories. Those areas are intended only for users who are 18 or older.
Accounts
You may play without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@labaparty.com if you believe someone else has used it. You can close your account at any time — from the account menu in the game where that option is available, or by emailing us. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other players.
Payments, and what you are buying
The game is free. There is one optional payment of US$15, which supports development and guarantees that your games remain free of advertising permanently, including if advertising is introduced in future. The game does not currently display advertising to anyone. The payment is a one-off, not a subscription, and it is tied to your account so it follows you to another device when you sign in.
If the payment did not do what you expected, email hello@labaparty.com within 30 days and we will refund it. Refunded and charged-back payments end the benefit they paid for.
Content and intellectual property
The site includes original game structure, prompts, and edition-specific content. Cultural references, names, brands, songs, films, shows, places, and public figures may be used descriptively for game clues and remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
The game is provided as is, without warranties. It may contain errors, unavailable features, browser incompatibilities, or content that some players consider unsuitable.
Third-party services
The site may use third-party services such as Google AdSense, analytics tools, external links, and donation links. Their own terms and policies apply.
